An Ordinance is submitted by the City Attorney entitled
"An Ordinance establishing the grade of Cherry Street
in the City of Seattle from Fifth Street to Thirteenth
Street
" which after due consideration is passed by
the following vote viz: ayes Frink, Green, Lake,
Moran, Niesz and Reitze, noes R Russell

An Ordinance is submitted by the City Attorney en-
titled "An Ordinance to provide for the grading of
Cherry Street in the City of Seattle from Fifth Street
to Thirteenth Street and constructing sidewalks
on said Cherry Street" which after due consideration
is passed by the following vote viz: in favor of
same J M Frink, Joseph Green, T W Lake, R Moran,
U R Niesz and C F Reitze, against the same R Russell

An Ordinance is submitted by the City Attorney en-
titled "An Ordinance to provide for the grading of
Bell Street in the City of Seattle from Fifth Street
to Seventh street and constructing sidewalks on
said Bell Street" which is passed bythe following
vote viz: in favor of same Frink, Green, Lake,
Moran, Niesz and Reitze & R Russell, against none.

titled "An Ordinance to regulate the construction and
removal of buildings within certain limits for
the prevention of fires" which after due consider-
ation is passed by the following vote viz: In
favor of the same Frink, Green, Lake, Moran, Niesz,
Reitze & R Russell, against none
