The City Attorney submits an Ordinance entitled
"An Ordinance establishing the grade of Depot Street
in the City of Seattle from Elliott's Bay to Broadway
and constructing sidewalks onsiad Depot Street" which is
passed by the following vote, viz: Ayes Frink, Green,
Lake, Russell & Reitze. Against None

The City Clerk submits an Ordinance entitled "An
Special Ordinance appropriating money to pay
audited bills" which is passed by the following vote,
viz: Ayes Frink, Green, Lake, Russell & Reitze
Against None
The Street Committee in reference to the bid of
Parker & Orr forMarion Street Wharf recommend
that bid be accepted and contract awarded upon their
filing a bond inthe sum of $2000.00 Adopted.
Ordered that the Council do now adjourn until
Friday evening May 11th 1888
