An Ordinance is submitted by the City Attorney entitled
"An Ordinance to provide for the grading of Cherry
Street in the City of Seattle from Fifth Street to Thir-
teenth Street and for constructing sidewalks on both
sides of said Cherry Street" which is passed by the fol-
lowing vote viz: In favor of the same Furth, Frink, Green,
Lake, Russell & Reitze Against the same none.

An Ordinance is submitted by the City Attorney
entitled "An Ordinance establishing the grade of Third
Street in the City of Seattle between Depot Street and
Virginia Street" which is passed by the following vote
viz: In favor of the same Furth, Frink, Green,
Lake, Russell & Reitze Against the same none.

An Ordinance is submitted by the City Attorney
entitled "An Ordinance establishing the grade of Virginia Street
in the City of Seattle between Fourth and West Streets"
which is passed by the following vote viz: In fa-
vor of the same Furth, Frink, Green, Lake, Russell and
Reitze Against the same none.

An Ordinance is submitted by the City Attorney entitled
"An Ordinance toprovide for the grading of A portion
of Third Street and Virginia Street in the City of Seattle and
for constructing sidewalks in said [Thirdand Virginia Streets"
which is passed by the following vote viz: In favor
of the same Furth, Frink, Green, Lake, Russell & Reitze
Against the same none.

titled "An Ordinance to amend Section 1 of Ordinance
No 918 entitled 'An Ordinance to regulate the construc
-tion and removal of buildings within certain limits
for the prevention of fires'" which is passed by the
following vote viz: In favor of the same Furth, Frink,
