An ordinance is submitted by the City Attorney
entitled "An ordinance to provide for the grading
of Fifth Street in the City of Seattle from
Seventh Street to Mill Street and constructing
sidewalks on said Fifth Street" which is
passed by the following vote, viz: In favor
of the same Frink, Green, Niesz, Russell and
Rietze. Against the same none.

An ordinance is submitted by the City Attorney
entitled "An ordinance to provide for the
grading of Harrison Street in the City of
Seattle, from the West line of Box Street to
Elliott's Bay and construcing sidewalks on
said Harrison Street" which is passed by
the following vote, to wit-: In favor of the same
Frink, Green, Niesz, Russell, Rietze. Against
the same none.
