Farrer and others for the opening of Edes Street
from Columbia Street to East Street. Adopted.

From the same Committee granting petition of A. A.
Bell & others for a bulk-head on Bell Street between
Front Street and Second Street & recommending that the
matter be referred to the City Surveyor. Adopted.

From the same Committee granting petition of C. E.
Jenner & others for change of grade on South Eleventh
Street and recommending that the grade elevation
at intersection of Washington & South Eleventh
Street from 226 feet to 232 feet. Adopted.

From same Committee recommending that a
franchise for a street railway on Union Street
& other streets be granted to H. W. Wheeler and
his associates. Adopted.
