meets in its Council Chamber pursuant to law.

His Honor the Mayor Robert Moran and Councilmen
Burns, Durie, Green, Jones, McCombs, McDonald, Niesz
and Reitze. Whereupon the following proceedings are
had to wit:

Petition of A S Miller asking that his name
be stricken from the Madison Street grade assessment
roll as owner of Lot 2 Block 21 Boren's Addn and
the name of M V B Stacy substituted as petitioner was
not the owner of said lot when the street was graded.
