Ordered that the Street Commissioner replank Com-
mercial Street with four (4) inch plank.
Bluff Street Assessment Roll
Pursuant to law and published notice the Council
now proceeds to examine & equalize the assessment roll for the
assessment District established by ordinance No 957
for the grading of Bluff Street from Light to Powell
Street and on motion the said roll is referred to
a committee consisting of Councilmen Jones, Durie & Niesz
Fifth Street Assessment Roll
Pursuant to law and published notice the Council
now proceeds to examine and equailze the Assessment
roll for the Assessment District created by Ordinance
No 955 for the improvement of Fifth Street from
Seneca Street to Mill Street and no one appear-
ing to contest said roll and no objection being
made thereto it is ordered that the same be and
is hereby approved.
