Second Street Assessment Roll
Pursuant to law and published notice the Council
now proceeds to examine and equalize the
Assessment roll for the Assessment District
created by Ordinance No 953, entitled "An
ordinance to provide for the grading of Second
Street in the city of Seattle from Blanchard
Street to Depot Street and constructing sidewalks
on both sides of said Second Street" and no one
appearing to contest said roll and no objection
being made thereto, it is ordered that said roll
be and it is hereby approved.
Harrison Street Assessment Roll
Pursuant to law and published notice the Council
now proceeds to examine and equalize the Assess-
ment roll for the Assessment District establish-
ed by Ordinance No 956, entitled "An ordinance to
provide for the grading of Harrison Street in
the city of Seattle from the west line of Box
Street to Elliott's Bay and constructing sidewalks
on said Harrison Street" and no one appearing
to contest said roll and no objections being
made thereto, it is ordered that said assessment
roll be and it is hereby approved.
Tax Levy of Vine Street
Ordered that a Tax of Two Hundred and four (204)
mills on each and every dollar of teh assessed
valuation of all the property included within
the assessment district created by ordinance
No 909 be and the same hereby is levied on
said property for the purpose of paying for
the improvement of Vine Street From Depot
Street to the west marginal line of Water Street
in the City of Seattle.
