Central Labor Union of Seattle enclosing tickets and
extending an invitation to the Mayor and Council to attend
pic-nic at Ravenna Park on Labor Day (Sept 3rd) read and
the thanks of the Council tendered for the invitation.

Report of theCustodian of the Powder House read and
ordered filed.
Councilman Durie gives notice that he will introduce
an ordinance at the next regular meeting for the extension
of the fire limits.
Ordered that a warrant be drawn by the City Clerk on
the City Fund in favor of the Territorial Treasurer
for the sum of $5080.00 the same being 10% of the amount
paid into the Treasury for Liquor Licenses since Apr 2/88

"An Ordinance to regulate fast driving or riding of ani-
mals at the intersection of Mill, James, Front and Com-
mercial Streets in the City of Seattle" which is passed
by the following vote: In favor of the same Durie, Green,
McCombs, Niesz & Reitze Against the same, none.

bills" which is passed by the following vote: In favor
of the same Durie, Green, McCombs, Niesz & Reitze Against
the same, none.
