Ordered that the City Clerk advertise for bids for
the completion of Seventh Street from Madison Street
to Battery Street.
On motion the Council now proceeds to elect an
additional Pollice Officer and Henry Sheahan having
received all the rates of the council for such
position is declared duly elected a police officer
of the City of Seattle.
Ordered that the Street Commissioner be instructed
to build sidewalks on Mill Street from the west
end of the newly graded portion of said street- west
to a connection wtih the sidewalks of said street.
