Burkes Second Addition to the City of Seattle be
and the same hereby is approved.
Ordered that the Plat of Compton's First Addition
to the City of Seattle be and the same is hereby
approved.

"An Ordinance establishing the grade of Second Street
between Pine and Blanchard Streets inthe City of Seattle"
which is passed by the following vote viz: In favor
of the same Burns, Durie, Jones, McCombs,McDonald,
Niesz and Reitze. Against the same none.

An Ordinance is submitted by the City Attorney en-
titled "An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No 964 en-
titled 'An Ordinance granting a franchise to J M
Thompson & his associates for a Cable Street Railway
in the City of Seattle passed on the 20th day of July
1888' " which is passed by the following vote to wit:
In favor of the same Burns, Durie, Jones, McCombs,
McDonald, Niesz and Reitze. Against the same none.

public street beginning at a point where the South
marginal line ofPine Street intersects the west
