The following proceedings are had

The consideration & equalization of the Broadway assessment district

C. R. Barnes now comes forward and [protests?] against the same. His objection being boxed upon the ground that the assessment is made upon the front feet

[Mortin?] had the assessment as [sabamillire?] for focal impairment district [???] the assessment roll for the grading of Broadway street from Yesler are to [DeForest?] street. Be approved and the path [for front?] foot. Be fixed at the path me [Dollean B & Fifty?] in a free rate.
