Be it remembered that on this the 28th day of December A.D. 1891 the Board of Aldermen and the House of Delegates of the City Council of the City of Seattle met persuant to a notice published in the City official newspapers setting the date of the consider-ating and approval of the [amusement?] Rolls for the improvement of Market Street under Ordinance [?] 1909 and [Franh] Street under Ordinance [?] 1920, the Chairman A.S.
