City of Seattle met pursuarnt to Adjauruant
in their Rooms in the Baker Block: At Roll
Call the following members are present to wit:

Whereupon the following proceedings are had
Minutes of the last meeting read & approved —

That Bill of the Standard Furniture Co.
for Tables for the Commission Accounting to $35.00
was approved & ordered paid!

Committee Reports
The Committee on Rules & Regulations submitted a
typewritten copy to each member [?]
Rules: a motion action was deferred until
next meeting & Committee retained —

A motion was made that a Committee of 3
be appointed to wait on the University Requests
with [?] to [?] and upon what terms
the University Site can be purchased — Motion Carried
Chair appointed Messrs Bailey, Barker & Evans
with Instructions to report at the next meeting.
