Frank Paul

Assessor

Office of County Assessor

King County Washington

Seattle May 3rd 1892

To the Board of Aldermen & House of Delegates

Gentlemen

There is a clerical error in the assessment for 1891 of improvements on Fractional Block 28 of Heirs of S.A. Bell's 2nd Add as it is assessed at $5000 while our improvement Book show the same to be valued at $1500. And it was our intention to assess the same at that amount. I therefore recommend you Hon. body to refund to Henry Bowen the amount of taxes on $3500 valuation.
