Seattle Nov 3 1890 To the [Perst] & House of Delgates Gentlemen We your Committee on Printing beg submit our report on the matter of Printing Rules & Regulations for H.D. After recieving bid from 3 parties have awarded printing of the [????] to W. W. P. Co. the work of which will be furnished for use at sometime this week. And in regard to the motion of printing theh Charter in [????] [???] [???] [?????] as the old City Council had ordered 1000 copies printed which will be furnished next week, we tought it advisable to wit for them.
