Petition from 17 residents and property owners for a six inch water main on Pearl Street between Main and Cullen Streets. The Water Works Department estimated it would cost about $900. The Board of Public Works made a favorable recommendation and the committee on Fire and Water recommended tabling the petition as Pearl Street was being graded.
