To the Honorable the Mayor and

Council of City of Seattle the undersigned
would respectfully ask of your honorable
body permission to put on some rustic
on lower part of House on one end
the ammount to be about twelve
feet caused by the removal of another
house that was next to it which could
not be put on before on account of
said house being in the way the above
mentioned property is hand finished
inside and would be destroyed by
rain and is situated in Maynards
2nd Addition between 3rd and [2nd?]
Washington and Main
