It was not without dissapointment that I read thy nice letter when the states that I shall come back next year, but believe me what ever thee and Father think best goes.

I have rec'd nice letters from Deleware college and they evidently (from all I can hear) have a wonderful acidemic standing.

Of course I have gotten Mr Walton to give me a reduction to $75 per year thee sees with the $50 that brings fathers exspence down to $25 he could not keep me at home for that.

With out exception it is the most wonderful thing to think that I am getting more for $20 than some are getting for $400.

Yesterday I had a great dissapointment we were scheduled to play Drexel Institute base ball and it rained I was to pitch was'nt that hard luck.

Yesterday morning I worked on the tennis courts draging and rolling them from half past eight until 12 oclock & made 50c.

Which I used on my baseball shop bills have a nother dollar left to pay on it but I will work & get enough money to pay for it.

Its hard to work while every body is playing tennis but I know. that you cant afford buying base ball shoes & tennis raquets

and things.

I have my mauris chair together and go it is class and I did every minuit thing by my self I did not have any help.

The weather is perfect today and I'm going for a walk this after with the fellows

I will tell the thee trips I have this year which wont cost me any thing. On the 11th of May I go to Swathmore with the track team on the 18th I go to the great athletic carnival held at Penn. To put th shot just two of us are going to represent the school it's a great honor.

Then on the 6 of May I go to Princeton with baseball team & on the 25 I go to West Chester with same thing isnt that great.

My stockings are getting in bad shape I don't know what to do about it but I guess I can hold out.

All of my collars are too small now except three which I bought the other day but side of these troubles I'm allright I think.

I don't know any thing else except that our relay team got 3rd at Penn yesterday.

Ten girls are coming down in June won't that be great & Gregg is too if that suits.
