25th. 1st. day;

Cloudy morning with some
rain, bright awhile in the
middle of the day, with
a thunder shower about
2 oclock; then cleared
off. we both went to
meetings; no company here.

26th. 2d. day

Bright and cool; I went
to Dr. Brooke's in the
morning; in the afternoon
went to Herman and spent
two hours; dad James Scott jr (?)
to drive me there, some lady
