Sunday July 19th
Went to John McPhersons and operated
upon him for permenant cure of
hydrocele the case has been operated
upon once before by Dr Deaver
and is not as favorable a case
as might be. Extremely warm,
Recieved a letter from D W Patterson
and answered it.
