Went over to the "Union" with "Kitty" and
to D^r Andrews to borrow a trocar and
canula Henry Wilkie made me a
present of a tame young fox which
I brought home with me in the carriage.
J. Boyde bound wheat in the "spring house
field" until dinner time and hauled
in a load in the afternoon. J Boyd
took "Pidge" to Israel Road's

Sunday July 19^th
Went to John McPhersons and operated
upon him for permenant cure of
hydrocele the case has been operated
upon once before by D^r Deaver
and is not as favorable a case
as might be. Extremely warm,
Recieved a letter from D W Patterson
and answered it.
