Have accurately entered table, but can't understand why it is at bottom of screen.

This might be due to the fact there is text outside of the table and causing it to glitch. If you could put "Cash Account March" in the first row in the "..." column, with the "Date" "Received" and "Paid" columns left blank, that might solve the issue.
