Went to B R Roberts'. Charley went in
Express wagon to Leawood Mills and Riverside.
Jacob Hardesty called at office. Asa Stabler
called at the house. Jacob Hardesty at office
also. Helen Cook who had tooth extracted.
Kate Stabler also called for advice and med:
Afternoon. A G Thomas and I went to Eliza
Moores' who died suddenly this morning

Thursday May 10 55 Changable S.E.
Went to office; to Hetty Stablers'
to see Wm Moore, thrice to Asa Stablers'
where I dined. Hallie Lea
called on her way to Bentleys'.
Ernest here in evening.

Friday May 11
Went to office. Owen Disney laid
pavement in front yard. Charley was
at Riverside all day helping plant
corn. I went to B.R. Roberts'
about home all afternoon.

Saturday May 12 59 degrees Variable
About house all forenoon "fixing
up" the yard and such. Ernest came over
after dinner and helped. Sister B
spent afternoon here and took tea with
us. I drove her home.

Sunday May 13 60 Clear
Sullivan brought his daughter
about sunrise and had tooth extracted, slept
none last night. E Bentley came at midnight
for me to visit Mrs Chalfants child. I declined
going as it was Dr Magruders patient.
Went to "Quarterly Meeting", soon returned did
not go inside. Bro C, wife and Ernest dined
here. Afternoon H. S. Lea and Helen E Bentley called.
Bro: R took tea and spent evening with us and will
spend the night here and take stage in the morning.

Monday May 14 Clear N.W.
I went to meeting also, sons C, W and Dora.
Hannah and Hallie Chandlee Jas Jackson and Richd
Lea dined with us. Afternoon Mifs Mary
and Ruth Howell and Mifs Mary Stabler of "Alex"
called. All of us took tea at Charles
Stabler's.
