32' Clear N.W. January, Friday 1 ^st 1886 Beautiful clear New Years day. Mary and Lucy Kummer called. also Bro Chas. and his son Richard, the latter expecting to return to Lawrence tomorrow. Mrs Robinson called. Charley, Dora & Willie reached home from the New Years party at Canby's at about 1-30 this am After supper Charley & Willie went to a dancing party at Benj Palmers' home at mid night.
