Ther. 29o WED. MAR. 15th, 1893 N.W. Wind

Rained last night with some
thunder & lightning in the forepart
of the night the wind changed to
N.W. before midnight
& blew quite strong & it grew
much colder before sunrise
this morning. The ground was
frozen again & to continued
cold all day. Dora walked
over to Homewood & Riverside
to spend the night. I went
to the Mill store etc.
Recd. letters from Charley,
Willie, & Herbert.

Clear & cold this morning
with strong wind from the NW.
Dora walked home from Riverside.
Elenora Bell sent her boy "Levi"
for advice & medicine for herself.
Afternoon I rode on horseback
over to Homewood & prescribed
for cousin Mary Chandlee, and
went on to Riverside to see
Bro. Richard. Sat & smoked a
pipe with Bro's Richd & Charles
& home to supper. I called to
see Elanora Bell as I came
home. Wrote to J.A. Williamson
at Fredereck City ordering some
medicines to be sent by Express
to "Laurel."
