1st mo. noon. Arthur called before meeting.
8th 5th day Clear and mild; Joe finished plowing here; Lucy at Harewood in the morning; at Ashton in the afternoon; I went to Uncle Samuels in the afternoon to stay all night. Lucy and Mary Snowden and Gilpin called here in the afternoon.
9th 6th day Cloudy and foggy all day, with a little rain in the afternoon. Aunt Lizzie took me to Clara Chalfants, Melrose and Ben Millers to call in the afternoon then brought my home; Joe at Ingleside all day.

11th 1st day Cloudy all day: Uncle Caleb called before meeting; Joe and I at meeting; William Lea here during meeting; Anna here in the afternoon; Douglas Miller here to tea; Lucy went to Uncle Charlie's to the Bible class after tea, to Ingleside to stay all night.
12th 2nd day Cloudy all day, with - rain after night: Lucy came home from Ingleside in the morning I went to S.S. in the morning

1st mo. The "Farmers Convention" met at the Lyceum in the afternoon; Mary Bond spent the afternoon with us, Millie came to tea.
13th 3d day Ground covered with snow when we got up, still snowing; cleared off about 9 oclock; Uncle Charlie came for me in his sleigh, to go to their house.
14th 4th day Clear and cold; mercury 11 in the morning; Uncle Charlie brought me home in the morning in his sleigh: Joe and I at meeting; Uncle Samuel called here before meeting.
