Stabler. Wm S Brooke & B H Miller
were absent, Caleb Stabler, W. P Miller
& Robt. H Miller were guests.

Wm. W. Moore was appointed Foreman,
after reading the minutes of the last
meeting held here, we walked thro, a grass
field with a tolerable set of timothy, but
scarcely any clover.

We found part of the Reaper laying where
it was last used during the past harvest,
hope the hints thrown out, will help it to
shelter. We passed a promising
field of corn ground wheat which had
been top dressed with fine manure, the
Rail Road stakes brot. forth some comment.

The stock mostly looked well, two young
colts were rough, & not like our
hosts stock generally.

The Committee appointed to select a
name for our Club reported the names
Union and Enterprise. Unanimously
adopted to accept the name Enterprise
Club of Montgomery Co.

On motion it was ordered that the last
secretary, Wm W. Moore shall be the
Corresponding sec. for our Club.
