country will accrue. There seemed a general
geeling of confidence that the U.S. Government
will find an honorable method of adjustment
of the whole matter. G.H. Miller gave
an outline of the results accomplished by the
anti-[salone?] League it ints two years work. There
was much [exporasion?] of commendation and
promise of further support in its efforts to
enforce the law in this County and to arouse
public sentiment. Wm Moore, John Thomas and
Benj. H. Miller were appointed to represent the
Home Interest as delegates to the annual
League mtg to be held next week.

Then adjourned to meet at Mt. Olney Feb. 20th
Lydia W. Haviland Secty.
