April 3rd 1894

Our first meeting for this year was
also out first meeting at this place. In
his opening remark our President spoke
of the good which had been done by
the parents and grand parents of our
present members at this home by precept
and by example. He spoke of the sorrow
in the families of several of our members
as having a tendency to draw us closer
to each other.

The senior member of the family had
been called from the neighborhood. Our
absent were the members of Longwood
Norwood and Cloverley. Our guests were
Sarah E. Stabler, Corrie Stabler, Lydia
Thomas, Lonisa Brooke, Emily Massey
and daughter.

The minutes were read and corrections
made.
