John Bentley moved that we suspend
the by - laws while considering the
question of the membership of the
Alloway family. It was put to vote
and carried after some discussion
we decided that the fact of the
principal members having moved out
of the Alloway house to one of his own
did not move him out of our society.
The other members of the Alloway family
desiring to retain their membership.
