Resolutions I Resolved: That the adoption of these bylaws shall annul all previous bylaws passed by the society. II Resolved: That these laws shall be entered on the first pages of each book used by the Secretary, and read at the first meeting of each year. III Resolved. That on the first day before each meeting every family shall report to its hostess how many of its from that home expect to attend. IV Resolved. That as new members be elected until the membership shall fall below sixteen families.

Amendments made April 10th I The rules and by-laws shall be read at the first meeting of each year II At the Oct. meeting the proceedings shall begin at 3 o'clock and supper served at 4.45 III On the day before each meeting every family shall report to the hostess how many from that home expect to attend IV Only the minutes of the previous meeting shall be read exception by special request
