from eight places. Other vegetables in variety
and of fine quality. Flowers beautiful but
from only a few gardens.

New business, our President presented a
petition against pool selling and book
making at our County Fair thinks we
ought to use our influece against them
and hopes all will sign it; the company
scattered before all signed and did not
collect again, but we hope enough names
were signed to bring about the desired result
Questions, a member cut out the old wood
of her Crimson Rambler and it has not bloomed
since. What is wrong with it? We do
not know. Some never trim, others trim
moderately and have abundant bloom.

at our first meeting but no
further steps taken. Our President appoints
a committee, Corrie Brooke, Ellen
Farquhar, Mary E. Gilpin Eliza Brooke

consider the matter and report at our
next meeting.
