apple trees? No information. Black
walnut trees are said to injure apple trees.

bed? Add earth every year.
9. Why are cherries dropping off before ripening?
Supposed to be the dry weather.
10. Will geraniums do well in partial shade?
Better in full sunshine.
11. What causes rose buds to turn brown and
not open? We do not know.
12. It said to be unneccesary to take up gladiolus
bulbs in the full.

Our society, as a rule, prefers pole Lima
beans to the drawf ones. We are informed
that Charlie Bond has fancy trees for sale.
In our walk we found every plant or
row of plants in a high state of cultivation.
