for sale. Perry Thomas at Ashton also
has them.
How must the ground be for late cucumbers?
Low ground, & use fertilizer, not
manure.
Clarence Gilpin told us to mulch the
tomato plants, for a little worm is eating
the stems of his.
We were told for planting small seeds,
use a tin box with a hole in it, the
seeds are distributed more evenly by this
method.
How do you get rid of honey suckle?
Plow & cultivate, it can be gotten rid of
if it is in a place where it can be
cultivated. It should be burned in the
spring & then then plow the ground. Some
one said a fortune could be made if
a method could be found to rid your
place of it.
