H/5/1934 -3-
at intervals beginning as soon
as ground is warm was advised
in discussion.
Florence Bentley ass. sec. gave a
report of a good exhibit, flowers
in abundance, rhubarb, and
asparagus, with some well advanced
plants and vines. In seeing
our exhibit your sec. decided it
must be a fine season for Rhubarb
and valley lillies with [?] narcissus.
The committee appointed to act in
the interim of meetings was
made an Executive Committee
for convenience of business calls.
Our Community Council Rep
Mrs. Weld was asked to bring before
that body the question. Can anything
be done legally to stop the dumping
of trash and unsightly stuff along
the roadside and edge of our woodland.
The interesting report of the [grass?]
work done by the Community Council
Committee as submitted by their
Sec. John Bancroft was heard and
accepted with much satisfaction.
