at Clermont with its hundreds
upon hundred of chickens,
thousands upon thousands
of vegetable plants ready to be
set out, rows upon rows
evergreens + shrubbery in the
nursery = but we lingered longest
by the sunken garden filled
with blooms of great varieties
even to "the flower in the
crannied wall".
