5. Walter Wilson lamented the heavy crop of
weeds and wants to get rid of them -
Harvey does too ( Flora says " Stay home for
a while " - Harvey just turned a deaf ear
to that suggestion ? )

The president asked for Travel
Reflections :

Betty Ligon especially remembers
" looking down on the wonderful pine trees
at Banff - Snow in July and the
abundance of delphiniums at Lake Louise"
Dale Thomas noted " the wonderful roses
in London Park - The Umbrella Pine and
Cypress Trees in Rome, the Poppy Fields
in France and the Sunflower in Italy" -
they made us envious of the beauties
they had seen!

The next meeting will be at
The Highlands with Mary Reading and
Robert Miller on Sept 5th. Richard
Woodward
will be the Reader.

Claire Hutton, Secretary
