Interest was voiced on scarcity of
whip-poor-wills, and Walter Wilson found
a wren in his feeder. He has a field of
Rye that should furnish feed for birds.
Dale reports a variety of zinnias, and
Walters are Burpees' special.
Caroline has bumpy potatoes, but
she can pick tomatoes from corn-stalks.
Dont forget the Sept. 8th Horse Show.
Attention was drawn to Resolution #5 which
reads, "-the day before each meeting,
every family shall report to the hostess if
unable to attend." This saves setting too
many tables and enables the hosts to
have places for guests.
