and facilities of all County Auxiliary's and it was
noted we are lacking portable equipment. A
motion was made and passed that the House Committee
investigate prices on different kinds of portable
gas stoves and to have a report at the next meeting.

It was agreed that the meeting for the making
of aprons for the Specialty Table will be after
Christmas.

In regards to the Christmas party, such as
we had last year, this year's elected officers
as a committee are to approach the firemen to
find out their wishes. If they do not want us
to have it or however they do not want it we are
to abide by their wishes.

It was suggested we have a get-together for
the Auxiliary members and since it was agreeable with
all present to have a dinner - a committee of Mrs. Lea
Hawkins and Mrs. Oland Hawkins was selected to get proces
for dinners at several places for the group. A notion was
made for the auxiliary to pay up to $2.00 a plate including
tip and if there was any in addition to that the members
would make up the difference. This motion was seconded
and passed. November 5 or 7 was selected as the most
convenient dates. A short meeting will tsake place
