The regular meeting of the Ladies Auxiliary to the
Sandy Spring Volunteer Fire Dept. was held Jan. 3, 1952.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and
approved. The following treasurer's report was given:
Balance brought forward - $665.81

Expenditures -

Getz - dinner 56.12
F. L. Anderson Co. - helmets 112.00
Poster Materials - 2.94
Christmas Party - 10.00
Total - $188.62
Balance on hand - Jan. 3, 1952 $480.19
Mrs. Ray Dairs, Chairman of the House Committee,
reported the portable gas stove had been purchased
and placed in the fire house. The total bill was $49.37.
The Auxiliary received a letter from Montgomery
County Tuberculosis Association asking for further
participation in their program. It was agreeable
with all present to send $5.00 to the Campaign in
the form of a Christmas Seal Bond.
