unwary after they fall over. The lovely

the Assoc. convened at Norwood. If the
air was chilly, the sun was bright &
the hostess was glad of the necessity
of a bright open fire, which was in

and the guests were Katherine
Gambrill of Laurel, Caroline, Elizabeth and
Mary Scott, Annabella Page, Lucy and
Rebecca Miller, Rebecca Stabler, and
Cornelia and Florence Bentley. In the
absence of our efficient secy., Mary Bentley
Thomas, at the suffrage convention in
New Orleans, the hostess was requested
to read the minutes of the previous
meeting at Mt. Airy and of the Norwood
meeting in 1901. She then tried to make
several of her friends take the pencil &

distaste for this office she was forced
to retain the Secretary's chair herself,
and gave the following sentiment, very

it; if they do, they will fear it. The only
thing with which we should concern
