The resolution approving the Multilateral
Treatus was endorsed - and sent
to the Chairman of International
Relations - Mrs. Young.

The reports of the Community Council
of Sandy Spring Neighborhood were considered.

It was moved, seconded and carried
that the Council be asked to join
the County Federation of Wm's Associations.

Also that the matter of sewage disposal
be taken up by the Council - and that
hereafter no building shall be erected in Mont. Co. having open
sewage disposal.

It was also decided to ask the Council
to look into the conditions of the
sewarage from the Montgomery County
General Hospital.

Also that the Association would recommend
a County Library rather than
a Community Library.
