I The rules and by-laws shall
be read at the first meeting of
each year
II At the Oct. meeting the proceedings
shall begin at 3 o'clock and
supper served at 4.45
III On the day before each meeting
every family shall report to the
hostess how many from that home
expect to attend
IV Only the minutes of the
previous meeting shall be read
