As the assign of Miss Minor, having full right to the services of the redeemed captive - mentioned within, for the term specified—Thereby and being about to leave the country I hereby place her under the guardianship of Rev W. M. Jones for the time specified, and agree shall not hold himself responsible for any wages to be paid either to me or to other assign of the said Miss Minor

If Mr. Minor, or the other assigns claim her personal services personally Mr. Jones is expected to deliver her to him or them — If she should leave Mr. Jones of her own accord of her own account, the he shall not be held responsible for her - In case she marries he is expected to look after her interest as far as he can, such

he is beyond means as he held responsible for the time security to complete her term of service - -
