This February 26, 1901. I make these
resolutions:

I That I shall be patient and never
get angry with anybody.

II That I shall never laugh at any
body when they are feeling low in spirits.

III That I shall do quickly what I am
bid to do by Papa and Mamma, and
be very kind and help my little sisters
and brothers all that I can.

IV That I shall keep my self very
neat and brush my teeth every day,
and keep my fingers clean.

V Help [George Arthur Stuart|Papa]] and Mamma all I can
to save and to keep things in their proper
places.
