To Make Troches or Lozenges
take a quarter of an ounce of gum Tragacanth
commonly called Gum dragon make a mucilage
with water your sugar well beat put a sufficent
quantity of the mucilage to make it a stiff paste
put in any drops you like role it out in any
form you like with a little sugar or powder of
starch and dry them by a slow fire on sum
paper mint Lemmon Cinnamon Lavender or any
thing else
