Single leaf fragment: 550 x 400 mm. Folio 135 recto and verso, foliation noted in ink in a later hand. Some sewing holes from binding still visible along what was the inner margin. Incipit: Alleluya Sancti tui. Square notes on four-line staffs; 4 staves to a side. 'ccciiii' in red at the top of recto.
