It was ordered that no person be allowed
to purchase and hold more than two
lots at one time.

Time of improvements
It was further ordered that all persons
purchasing lots shall be required to
make and maintain improvements
on the same at an expense of a
sum at least double the purchase
price of the lot, and also that such
improvements shall be made within
two years from the time of such
purchase.

Com on By Laws
A Committee of three consisting of
G. F. Baker F. F. Jewell and O Gibson
was appointed to draft By.Laws
for the Association.

An Executive Committee of Five was
ordered. G. O. Ash. Geo Clifford.
J. W. Ross. J. W. H. Campbell and
G. F. Baker were chosen such
committee.

It was ordered and agreed that all
actual traveling expenses of the Trustees
in attending the meetings of the Board
be at the expense of the Corporation, except
at the time of a Camp Meeting on
the Grounds.
