The resignation of H B Heacock was
presented by the Secretary, but the
motion to accept received no second
and therefore was not accepted.
D. Jacks declined acceptance of
directorship to which he was elected
at the last meeting Dec 7th and
the place of J W H Campbell was still
declared vacant.
J.W Whiting of San Jose was nomina-
ted and duly elected by ballot of Secretary
under unanimous instruction of the
board present to fill the above named
vacancy.
R Mc. Elroy of San Francisco
was also elected director to fill the
vacancy made by the resignation
of G.F. Baker.
On motion Association adjourned.
