Pacific Grove Retreat Association
met at the office of the Secretary No 8
Hubbard St San Francisco Nov 27th 1882

The following members were present
O Gibson. M.C. Briggs. TH Sinex. CHas
Goodall R McElroy & FF Jewell

O Gibson Pres called the meeting to or-
der and the Secretary stated that the
Directors had been notified of the meeting
according to the provisions of the By Laws

On motion the Risignations of George
Clifford and Geo. O. Ash were accepted
and their places in the Board declared
vacant.

H.B. Heacock and C.C. Stratton were
on motion placed in nomination to fill
the above named vacancies.

On motion the Secretary was instructed
to cast the ballot of the board for the
above named nomineesrespectively,
and H.B Heacock and C C Stratton
we declared duly elected members
of this board.

On motion of Chas Goodall the President
and Secretary were authorized to make
a Contract with the Pacific Improvement
Co similar to the one existing [the]
Pacific Improvement Co and [a?] Commitee
